Pennies on the Dollar Sale - Saturday Only

The contents for the sale will be transferred to the Condo on May 16th. This sale includes items that have been stored for a long time. They include items from around the world.  It is time to close the storage unit and sell the Condo.  Everything, including the condo, has been maintained in good condition.  Pictures of the items being sold will be available on May 16th.  The address for the condo unit is in MLS # 225006747 . Handmade, painted collectible items, games, two Budweiser Pool lights, housewares, vintage clothing, yard ornaments, and decorative items will also be found for sale.  Previously, sales from this vendor were marketed as "Grandma's Stuff Must Go." Now, it is our stuff that must go.  Call anytime to view the condo unit for sale. Come early and stay late on May 17th to pick your favorite treasures to take home. Items will be priced at the time of purchase based on the quantity of items bought.  Don't be afraid to make an offer.  Ask any questions about the Condo and take your time looking around.  All contents will be downstairs, but feel free to look upstairs and see the entire condo unit.  If interested, you can make a written offer on the condo unit at the sale.  The listing agent will be on site.
