One day only "picker" sale - Entire home, garage, garden, sheds - everything must go!

Entire home contents of single story home on the golf course in San Clemente. This is a sudden sale and we don't have time to price and stage everything to our normal standards, so come and make offers and take home some treasures! Everything in this home is of good quality, and clean, so while we call it a 'picker' sale, we haven't seen any junk and you won't need gloves to come look.

We won't have a complete list because we won't have time to stage it all, but here are some of the things you will find:

Furniture: nice set of glass coffee and end tables; electric lift recliner; solid oak dining room table with 3 leave to extend to seat 12 people; vintage white wicker bedroom set with bed, dresser, side tables and cute footstool/end of bed bench; lots of cute and trendy table and floor lamps; matching Bergere chair and sofa; oak & glass console table; vintage oak hall tree; nice patio table and chairs.

Yard art, plants and pots: Lots of pretty and rustic (and distressed) yard art; plants, planting pots and 2 sheds full of stuff we haven't seen yet.

Women's clothing, shoes, purses and accessories - many MANY pairs of shoes and purses. Much of it is still in bags and boxes.

Kitchen full of dishes, cookware, and everything you normally see in a kitchen.

Garage: Craftsman rolling tool chest; tools. We will add to the list if we have time.

Knick-knacks, collectibles and decorative items.
