2. If you do not wish to stand in line, there will be a sign-up list at the sale address on the morning of the sale. Write your name and time of arrival. If you sign the list you must, without exception, remain at the property site until opening if you wish to be admitted in accordance with this list; otherwise you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return. We would appreciate your consideration of the property’s neighbors—i.e., please avoid loud noises and do not block their driveways, etc.
3.We do not preview or presell any item.
4.We cannot answer any questions regarding specific items such as price or condition before opening.
5. All items are sold as is and where is. We cannot deliver or store any item beyond the day of the sale.
