Fair and Square Estate Sales

Welcome! We appreciate your business and ask that all shoppers observe the following:

• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• All items are sold as-is, where-is. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. We do our best to describe items accurately but cannot guarantee age, authenticity, or condition.

• We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

• Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is provided.

• Prices are firm at opening. Discounts, if any, will be announced during the sale.

• We are unable to provide pricing information before the sale opens unless specifically noted in the listing.

• Please bring help to move large furniture and heavy items. Staff cannot assist with loading large purchases.

• Purchased items should be removed as soon as possible. Large items must be picked up by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.

• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to vehicles while loading.

• Please be respectful of the home and neighboring properties. Children must remain with an adult at all times.

• Bags, boxes, and large purses may be subject to inspection before leaving the sale.

• We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers entering the home for safety and security.

Our goal is to provide a fair and enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to our staff, customers, or the property.
