There will be a list on the morning of the sale at put out at 7am for those arriving prior to the opening of the estate sale. Customers will be let into the sale in the order the names appear on the list. Once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return. We will only honor the True Legacy list put out by our associates at 7am. True Legacy’s official list will be clearly marked with the company’s logo.

Please use visitor parking slots, DO NOT park in fire lanes or in front of garage doors.
We accept all major credit cards
Delivery services are available for larger items.
We will honor a watched list.
We do NOT presell any items.
Due to the high volume of sales, we are not able to answer questions regarding specific items before the sale opens. Thank you for your understanding.

Welcome to another True Legacy estate sale this weekend. We are located in the lovely hills of Serra Mesa. In this home, we have a lovely pool table and some fun billiard room items such as mirrored signs, beer Steins, drinking glasses and more. We also have a large display of Christmas decor, including a collection of ceramic villages. We have lots of household appliances for sale, including a Samsung refrigerator and washer and dryer.
