This includes, but is not limited to, injuries caused by slips and falls, tripping hazards, falling objects, or contact with hazardous materials.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

****Inspection of Items****
Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before purchasing. All items are sold "as is." The seller of the property makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition of any item.

****Removal of Items****
Buyers are responsible for removing all purchased items from the premises of the estate sale by the end of the sale. The seller of the property are not responsible for helping buyers move or transport items. Bring bags and help for loading.

- No food or drinks are allowed inside the premises.
- No pets are allowed inside the premises.
- No smoking is allowed inside the premises.
