All items are sold in their current condition, without any warranties. Customers are kindly requested to handle the removal of large items without causing any damage to the property. The driveway is solely designated for loading purposes. Any reserved items must be paid for in full. In the case of high-demand items, bittersweet reserves the right to sell to the highest bidder. Should there be any disputes over an item, it may be auctioned off to the highest bidder at the beginning of the sale. Please be aware that entering the premises is at your own risk, as we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
