L’Chaim Legacy in person Sale no signs posted

1: Payments accepted our cash , Zelle, and credit card with valid ID. We do charge sales tax and except california’s seller permit. Credit card purchases require an additional 2% service charge. Cash and sell are tax free we will cover the tax.

2:No large purses or backpacks allow, We have a hold area for your purses or it’s best to leave in the car due to all the miniatures. We will not be allowing any personal purses. We have Shopping baskets and boxes you’ll be able to use use

3: We love our furry friends, Unfortunately, the client does not allow pets on their property. Also, no smoking eating or drinking.

3: All sales are final returns exchanges or refunds.

4: we provide bags for your purchase, but maybe limited while supplies last

5: property is under surveillance.

6: if you see something you really want please ask about it. Reasonable offers are always welcomed.

7: be respectful to your fellow shoppers we treat everybody equal at our estate sales.

9: our team is unable to move or lift any furniture that is purchased please come prepared. We will also hold furniture for you, but it must be picked up by the end of the estate sale. Otherwise it will be placed outside the property. We will not be responsible for or refund payment .
