ENTRY DETAILS
• Be respectful of neighbors — do NOT block driveways or mailboxes
• Be respectful of staff and other guests
• Address will be posted 3 hours prior to the sale
• Entry list will be available once the address is posted; only our list will be honored
• Limit: 12 people inside at a time
• No boxes, purses, handbags, backpacks, pet carriers, bulky clothing, jackets, or strollers permitted inside — please leave them in your car
• Wallets and phones permitted
• Do NOT remove art from the walls — request a ticket, pay, and we will remove it for you with a stamped receipt
• We reserve the right to deny entry at our discretion

IMPORTANT NOTE: No valuable items will be kept on the property outside of sale hours. Jewelry, silver, and other high-value items will only be available during advertised sale hours and will be secured off-site at all other times.
ENTRY INFORMATION: This sale will be held in a secure apartment building with convenient access. Access instructions will be posted at the building entrance at the start of each sale day. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the property and its residents during the sale. Because this is a smaller space, occupancy may be limited to ensure a comfortable shopping experience for everyone. Parking is easy and plentiful. Guests may legally park in the park parking lot directly across the street, as well as on nearby residential streets where permitted.
