-We are not responsible for any accidents on property, so please enter at your own risk.
-Movers are not available onsite, you will need to bring in support for lifting and moving.
.-Please do not show up to the sale more than 30 minutes before the sale starts, you will not be admitted before the start of the sale.
-Please be respectful of neighbors and keep conversation volume low.
-No price quotes before sale.
-Watch your children. Any unruly patrons or families will be asked to leave at our discretion.
