Our parents became antiques dealers in Cayucos, CA in 1969. In 1976 they bought property in rural Sonora and built an antique store next to the house. They closed the store (aside from eBay sales of small items) in the early 1990s but they didn't stop buying!

They specialized in:

• Americana furniture, lighting, chairs, glassware and furniture restoration

Their personal collections included:

• Trivets, perfume bottles, stoves, clocks, telephones, cars & trucks, enamel ware, chocolate pots, radios, cast iron things (from stoves to traps to anything interesting), golf clubs, books (lots since we didn't have TV), toy cars, and cameras

• Glassware - "Fiestaware", china, cut & pressed glass in clear and colored, ceramics, pitchers with tumblers, salt & pepper shakers, jars & bottles, decanters, vases, plates, cups & saucers- way too much glass to list
