This is gate community, do not park on the road leading to the gate or near the gate. You must arrive at 8am, due to the HOA we cannot let you in any earlier. Someone from our team will let you into the gate. There are no signs allowed in the community so please use your GPS. Our team member will give you a map if you need it.
All Sales are final, and sold as is, whereas, with no guarantees or warranties.
