By entering the premises all estate sale attendees are agreeing to assume full responsibility for any and all accidents that may occur on the property such as slipping or falling and all attendees agree to assume full responsibility for any harm done to themselves. Attendees agree to be careful with breakable items. Attendees agree to not disrupt the sale in any way. Attendees agree to hold harmless the estate sale company, the property owner and the estate owner for any accident, harm or injury they may suffer while on the premises. All items are sold as is in their present condition so please inspect items carefully before purchasing. All sales are final - there are no returns.
