1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
4) No returns, no exchanges.
5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

1. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
2. No public restrooms will be available.
3. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.

While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced, seasonal flu, colds, and other diseases are still out there. If you are experiencing any symptoms, feel free to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale.  We're excited to bring you another fantastic estate sale!  While we're still gathering all the details and photos of the specific items, here's a sneak peek at what you can typically expect to find:

This is the front of the sale location, so you know what the place looks like.This is an example of the dining chair. There is a set of six in this sale.Here are the six dining chairs around the dining table.Many of the pictures show a lot of smaller treasures. This is one of those pictures, but kitchen appliances and a pair of tall chairs are prominent here.It's not entirely clear what card game the cats here are playing, but poker might be an option.This is the Baldwin company's tag for the spinet piano.And this is the Baldwin piano and bench. There is also an electric "gas" lamp (in red) that is quite interesting, as well as the framed art on the wall.This is another one of those photos with lots of smaller pieces.The sale has a fair quantity of books, bookend sets, and figurines. This is one example.The console television is also supporting the record player, a vintage AM/FM radio, and the Panasonic 8-track player. Don't forget the framed artwork and floor lamp.Here is another bookcase with more books. On the floor are several LP albums for the phonograph.This is one of the lighted display cabinets in the sale. Lots of dolls and figurines are inside the cabinet.Here the bookcase is used as a knick-knack holder, but you can put what you like on it.This chair looks comfortable enough to sleep in...yawn.This finely crafted piece definitely deserves a second (or third or fourth) look. This corner cabinet could be yours, to fill that hard-to-fill space in your house.There are lots of kitchen pots, pans, stemware, and serving pieces. Can you spot the mouse in the photo? Hint: it's made of wood.This is another look at some of the kitchen tools and appliances.Here is a different view of the shelves with the kitchen-related items. Ask nicely and the shelves could be yours, too.Here is the Kenmore refrigerator, with water dispenser.Prominently placed here are the ceramic pots, the toaster oven, and a cake stand. Yes, that is a cast iron skillet.In case you thought we were done with the kitchen, have I got a surprise for you! Take a look at this!Out of the kitchen now, we have this decorative hanging lamp that brings style to any darker corner.This is an overview of the living room, including the coffee table, the two chairs, a sofa, and the rug. Dont' forget the rug.In this photo, another lighted display cabinet is shown. Again, there are dolls and figurines inside.Here is a contrast in size: the snowy scene and three much smaller pictures.This cabinet and lamp have a match on the other side of the room.And here are the matching cabinet and lamp. There is also a men's valet stand (which can be quite useful.The television is a Samsung, I am not sure the brand of the nightstand. Or the lamp.But the nightstand seems to match the style of the dresser, which could work for you.Certainly there are clothes in the sale. And there are hats. You know, if you buy the hats, you probably should get the entryway mirrored foyer stand. It has places to hang your new hats.This picture shows another overview and more sofas.Here is a better picture of the larger sofa, and a hint of the coffee table.This two-seater sofa is perfect for sitting next to someone you like.There are other large appliances in the sale, including the washer and refrigerator shown here.This is cool. It is a framed, 1961 Disneyland souvenir map, likely drawn by Sam McKim. If you're a Disney fan, this is a cool treasure.The office features a lot of furniture.While there is a telescope hiding out on the right, on the left is a figurine of Oliver Hardy, plus a few books on the comedy duo.Here you can see the other half of the statue set: Stan Laurel. There are other small collectibles here, too.And as promised, the Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home movie poster. This is also framed and was an excellent movie.Lots of little treasures are shown the following office pictures. You'll need to come by the sale to see everything.More books, two filing cabinets, and a couple of small bookcases are shown here.This partial overview features the gardening tools (on the left), various tools on the shelves, and a good number of hand saws.There are some magazines in plastic bags here, as well as more exposed books.You'll need to look in every nook and cranny in the garage for all the possible interesting items.This workbench supports a Sears & Roebuck scroll saw and a very large sanding disc (the disc is better seen in other photos).On this workbench you can see another scroll saw and the bench grinder.Here is a garage overview. The 10" bench saw is on the floor next to the workbench with the large sanding disc. This photo shows more of the bookcases and books available in the sale.Don't forget the patio furniture!And this last picture includes other miscellaneous outdoor decorations.
