Ok, so keep in mind this is a living estate so it may differ slightly from our typical sales. Though now that I think of it, there’s a lot of similarities too. There’s yard items, plants & outdoor decor …a yard overflowing with it actually. Yes there’s furniture too …all nearly pristine designer furniture, cabinets & bedroom sets that is. There’s also clothing …ummm 1000+ mostly brand new & all at least near-new designer women’s clothing, athletic & outdoor wear (oh designer purses & shoes too). And of course there’s books …yea 100s of antique books & modern classics everywhere. And there’s even dishes & kitchen ware as well …all Bauer, Fiesta, Le Creuset, All-Clad & the like. So I guess I stand corrected, this IS pretty similar to all other sales …except of course the walls FILLED with signed & original art from some of our biggest local legends, the dozens of Tiffany lamps throughout, the antiques & unique collectibles just about everywhere you turn. Other than tHaT it’s just your typical Elite estate sale. Ho-hum.
