- All items are sold on an "AS-IS" basis, and all sales are FINAL with NO refunds and/or exchanges. We encourage all Buyers to examine their items before
purchasing and/or leaving premises;
- Each Buyer is responsible for his/her own loading and hauling away of all purchased items. All items must be removed by no-later than end of sale event;
- No Bags and/or Purses allowed. Please be advised that premises are monitored by security guards and/or surveillance cameras on site;
- Bring Help to Load Large Items;
- Ample Street Parking, but please be respectful to neighbors' mailbox locations;
- No public access to restrooms within the premises; and
- Estate Sales By Victoria is NOT responsible and/or liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, claims sustained by any buyer on and/or around the premises.
