We're so excited to welcome you to an Estate Gals sale! Before you visit, please take a moment to review the information below.

Our mother-daughter team is busy preparing beautiful homes and amazing finds for each sale, so we may not be able to respond to individual questions before the event. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to see you there!

SALE DETAILS

• This is a three-day estate sale.

• The sale address will be posted publicly at midnight Thursday on Instagram and estatesales.net.

• Please note there are stairs required to enter the property.

• Sale Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily.

All merchandise is sold in person on a first-come, first-served basis.

ENTRY & LINE PROCEDURES

Guests will be admitted in the order they arrive as space allows. Please be respectful of neighbors, fellow shoppers, and Estate Gals team members while waiting to enter.

SHOPPING GUIDELINES

• No large purses, bags, boxes, strollers, pet carriers, or baby carriers are permitted inside the home.

• All sales are final.

• Please carefully inspect, measure, and evaluate items prior to purchase.

• All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.

• Please handle merchandise carefully and respectfully.

PAYMENT & SALES TAX

We happily accept:

Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is provided at checkout.

ITEM PICKUP & REMOVAL

All purchased items must be removed by 4:00 PM each day unless prior arrangements have been made with Estate Gals.

Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting their purchases, including large furniture and heavy items. Estate Gals is unable to provide moving assistance or delivery services.

LIABILITY

By entering the property, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Estate Gals, the homeowner, and their representatives are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to persons, vehicles, or personal property.

Security cameras may be in use throughout the property.
