WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE Inc. Terms and Conditions.
Please read the following Terms of Sale carefully. These terms are applicable to all Online bidders and mail/email Postal bidders in this auction. Your submission of all bids in this Auction constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Conditions
1.WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE strives to accurately describe the items being sold, but all property offered for sale is strictly "as-is" "where-is" with all faults. This is a live Online public auction, NOT an approval sale. At the live Online Auctions representation of a Sold icon, all sales are then final and no refunds are given, and any bid acknowledged and relied on by the automated system shall not be withdrawn. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition and authenticity of each item. No statement written or oral made by the auctioneer shall be deemed a warranty or assumption of liability by WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE. Oral and written descriptions given by WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE staff members in person or electronically are given as a courtesy to a client, are only an opinion, and should not be considered as a guarantee of age, composition, or authenticity.

2.Withdrawal
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason he deems appropriate, including any lots that may have a reserve, or if there is a lack of bidding interest or lack of appropriate bids. WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE shall always have the right to withdraw any item at any time for any reason and to default any sale in the event of an error or dispute.

3.Online Bids
Internet Bidding will begin at a price appropriate in auctioneer's discretion, Pre bids on the internet will be executed on your behalf during the auction by WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE on-site Staff. However, auctioneer cannot be held liable for internet bids that are not sent, received, or executed by the administrator. If you are pre-bidding online, please bid appropriately. Once online bidding closes, you will not be able to increase or decrease your bid(s). Auction payments must be made in full at the conclusion of the sale. Absolutely No lots will be released until payment in full has been made. All Online bidders must to complete a valid registration, with any identification as required by WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE. all Online bidders must accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale as set out here to be considered a valid bidder. We recommend Internet bidders register at least 48 hours prior to an auction to give enough time to process and approve the registration. It is important to note that we make no guarantees that new online bidders who register within 24 hours of the sale will be approved for bidding.

4.Buyer Premium
A 26% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot for bidders.

5.Terms of Sales
a. The auctioneer is responsible for determining the highest bidder and resolving and disputes.
b. All purchases are subject to (i) state sales tax unless the buyer is registered reseller and has proof of such exemption (i.e., valid tax I.D number) or merchandise is to ship out of state, no exceptions, and (ii) a buyer's premium, as noted above. If you are resident of California, you are required to pay state sales tax unless exempted by law.
c. We accept payment by cash, check (drawn on a Bank of America), cashier's check, PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards.
d. If paying by credit card and PayPal, an additional 3% convenience fee is payable on the total of the hammer price, buyer's premium, tax (if applicable), and shipping cost (if any).
e. If paying by check, WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE reserves the right to hold the item(s) until the check has cleared. For payment total over $3500 and international bidders will be required to pay by wire transfer unless prior arrangements have been made. At the auctioneer's discretion, certain lots will be required to be paid for by wire transfer.
f. We reserve the right to exclude credit cards as a permitted method of payment and to require that payment be made by one of the other methods indicated above.

6.Shipping
Shipping is primarily handled by multiple third-party shippers. When a client has won an item, WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE will contact clients with invoice quotes. Property will not be released until payment in full is made on the items. We offer in house packing and shipping services for items at the buyer's expense and may need up to 15 days after payment is received to process, that including to sort, pack and request estimates from our shipper in order to save postage and shipping cost. Export custom duties, tax and insurance responsible by buyer. WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE will have no liability of any loss of damage to such items. If for any reason a purchased lot cannot be delivered in the same condition as at the time of sale, or should any purchased lot be stolen, miss-delivered or lost prior to delivery, WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE shall not be liable for any amount in excess of that paid by the purchaser.

7.Abandoned Property
a. Any lot(s) remaining with WALNUT TREE AUCTION HOUSE more than 10 calendar days after the auction purchase date will be considered abandoned and will be resold at auction to off-set the storage fees.
b. Unless prior arrangements are made, a $10.00 per lot/per day storage fee will be charged for any lot or items not collected by buyer. Buyer agrees that Auctioneers shall have no liability for any damage to property left on.
