Sale will be conducted on a "first come, first served basis" unless noted in the detailed description. Sale will be conducted RAIN or SHINE! ALL possessions are sold "as is", "where is" and with no guarantee. There are NO REFUNDS, all sales are final. "Tanenbaum's Treasures Estate Sales & Appraisals" and/or the homeowner are not responsible for any incidents or mishaps that may occur on or around the property. YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ENTER THE SALE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please be respectful of all the neighbors & the neighborhood. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES, WRAPPING MATERIALS & "MOVERS" to pick up large items. SORRY, NO BAGS, BACKPACKS OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SALE, ONLY BOXES WITHOUT A LID. All items that have been purchased must be removed on / by the last day of the sale by 12 noon. Sorry, but NO PRICES of the items for sale will be given out over the phone, by text or by email before the sale starts. We accept cash. THANK YOU !
