Cash is preferably accepted, but Zelle and CashApp is available. NO PayPal or Venmo. Please inspect your items before purchase they are sold as is and have been priced as is.
If you are planning on purchasing large items please have help to move and transport items. Pickup of items will be allowed after payment for limited time after sale date.

Please be aware of all steps in and out of house, we have clearly marked areas with signage and tape and will have staff on hand to remind customers.
Ocean Size Estate Sales and home owner are not responsible for any accidents inside or outside of the home. Neighborhood is aware of sale and potential traffic please be respectful of noise levels and blocking driveways, we will tow if car owners are not located.
Theft is zero tolerance with Ocean Size Estate Sales. There is CCTV on premise and we are fully staffed. Shoplifters will be reported to local police and will not be welcome at future sales.
