WELCOME To our sale!
This will be a 4 day sale. Numbers will be handed out at 8AM for entrance at 9AM on the first day. We do expect a line, so please be respectful of everyone. (I’m sorry, All text numbers are now taken for this sale (only 10 numbers, even from 2-20) All of the other numbers will be available at the door at 8am for 9am entrance tomorrow.) We reserve even numbers (10 numbers) up to 20 for those wishing to receive their entry number via text on the first day, otherwise you can get your entry number in the morning as usual at the door. Please do not text after 8pm.

All furniture and appliances are available for presale. If you see any furniture pieces or appliances you're interested in, please inquire!

We make every effort to return emails and texts that are received by 8pm the night before the sale. The day of the sale we will not be able to guarantee we can return emails and texts. We apologize, but we will not be able to answer or return phone calls.
Please bring help to load and move heavy objects.
We do have some bags and boxes, but please bring your own if possible. All sales are final, please inspect items carefully before purchase.

Sales tax will be collected unless you have a valid resale certificate with you or on file with us.

Please keep in mind that we are hired by the family to run the estate sale and our top priority will be doing the best job we can for the family.
