WELCOME To our sale!

We look forward to providing many wonderful items for you! We will have courtesy shopping bags for you.
Please do not bring your purse. Only small wallets will be allowed.
This will be a 3 day sale. All entrance numbers will be available at the door at least 1 hour before opening on the first day.
We do expect a line, so please be respectful of everyone.

We make every effort to return emails and texts that are received by 8pm the night before the sale. The day of the sale we will not be able to guarantee we can return emails and texts. We apologize, but we will not be able to answer or return phone calls.
Please bring help to load and move heavy objects.
We do have some bags and boxes, but please bring your own if possible. All sales are final, please inspect items carefully before purchase.
Please be respectful of everyone, and enter at your own risk.

Sales tax will be collected unless you have a valid resale certificate with you or on file with us.

Please keep in mind that we are hired by the family to run the estate sale and our top priority will be doing the best job we can for the family and all decisions are made from that perspective.
