We charge sales tax at all of our events. Sales tax for Los Angeles is 10.25%
Nostalgia Estate Sales (NES) and its Client are not responsible for any personal injuries or damages that may occur on their private property during the estate sale event. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event and release NES and its Client from any and all claims or damages arising from such participation. Nostalgia Estate Sales make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the provenance, merchantability, authenticity, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction. Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety and the safety of their personal property. NES and its Client are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendance at the event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Attendees are responsible for breakage. Estate sale attendees entering any restricted areas will earn an immediate expulsion from the premises. Bullying or harassment of neighbors, other guests or staff will also result in expulsion. Security will be present at this sale, checking all receipts at the door.
Parking available on Wells Drive only. Do NOT park or block the shared private driveway or you will be towed! We will offer orderly pick up access for those who need assistance moving items and furniture out of the house as parking is limited on the property grounds. Please call us for further parking access help: 747-296-9496.
All sales are final. No returns and no refunds allowed. Friday we are enforcing a strict no-haggling policy.
Please schedule pick up time with NES staff if you need assistance. Estate Sale items not picked up by end of the last day of available pick up will be considered unclaimed and resold. No refunds.

We’re just beginning to unpack an exciting estate in Woodland Hills, and it’s already shaping up to be one of our most eclectic and collectible sales of the summer.
This sprawling property is packed with decades of treasures, including a standout mix of Disneyana, retro TV memorabilia, action hero collectibles, and vintage children’s toys—think pedal cars, wagons, and more.
Music lovers will enjoy digging through a solid vinyl collection, with a focus on popular 1970s/80s rock and new wave titles. There's also a wide range of decorative home furnishings, including a monumental 8-panel Chinese Coromandel screen, MCM wire frame patio furniture, and stylish vintage decor throughout the house.
We’re also seeing multiple tool sets, gardening equipment, and garage gear—plus more rooms still to explore.

We've unearthed a massive amount of "bagged and boarded" lithographs and illustrated book plates. This is an excellent opportunity for collectors and dealers alike to expand their art collection and inventory. We also found 20 handsomely framed plates from the 1930s erotica book "Flowers of Evil", illustrated by Beresford Egan. We have several large paintings suitable for your living room or boudoir from listed artists Luigi Lucioni, Paul Sample, David Silverberg, Robert Wilson and Lili Lakich.
The vinyl record and CD collection continue to grow and ready for you to dig into. Multiple popular genres present from 1960s to 1980s as well as a newer turntable with USB capabilities for digitizing your tunes.
