We’re so grateful for your continued support, and we want to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. To help us maintain order and protect both our guests and the home, please take a moment to review the following house guidelines:
🏡 Limited Entry
This cozy townhome is approximately 800 sq. ft., so we’ll be allowing up to 20 guests inside at a time. Please be patient — lines may form, but we promise it will be worth the wait!
🚶♀️ Safety First
There are steep stairs leading to both the loft and the basement. Please use caution and take your time when navigating the steps.
👜 Bag Policy
To protect the collector’s items and ensure everyone’s safety, personal bags are not permitted inside the sale.
We’ll provide shopping baskets for your convenience. If you bring a bag, our team will label and hold it for you at the door.
After checkout, your purchases will be carefully packaged and sealed in a plastic bag before you place them in your own bag to take home.
🚗 Parking Information
Street parking only is available. Please do not park in assigned spaces, as vehicles in those spots may be towed.
