AYS Estate Sales Terms and Conditions
By entering, you agree to these policies. Be courteous to staff and customers. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal.
Prices are firm. No haggling or bartering. Day 1 is full price. Posted discounts may apply on later days.
Handle all items with care. You break it, you buy it. Inspect items before purchase. All items are sold as is with NO REFUNDS or guarantees. Electronics are not guaranteed. Test before buying.
Payment accepted: cash, credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle with valid ID.
Only AYS associates may place SOLD stickers. Ask a team member to mark an item SOLD to commit to buy. Items on the hold table or marked SOLD are considered purchased. No hoarding.
Bring Your Own Help to load large or heavy items. Limited loading help may be available for tips from supervised youth helpers, but it is not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for removing large items no later than two hours before closing on the final day.
Driveway parking is for active loading of large or heavy purchases only. Vehicles in violation may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Doors open at the published time. No early entry. We do not honor written sign-up lists. Numbers are issued by staff about one hour before opening.
If you decide not to purchase an item you picked up, return it to its original place or ask an associate to assist.
Theft is not tolerated and will be reported to law enforcement.
No food or drinks inside. Dispose of trash properly.
No pre-sales. No pricing information released before the sale.
