We do have street parking Yahoo!!Still be considerate of the homeowners driveways. City planners don't believe on having parking-GRRRR
We don't have a sign up sheet, we do give numbers out starting as soon as I get there, normally 2 hours prior to opening and you must be present to receive one. Placing your hold box/bag will not count when it comes time to start the sale without you physically having a number.
This home is monitored by both visual and voice camera's. The hallways are small and space is tight especially with the extreme amount of treasures we have to offer. There are steps going up stairs inside the home.
More pictures and descriptions will follow. Please continue to look daily for the new pictures.
You have to bring your own labor for moving any larger items we will not be able to help you.
Please bring your own bags or boxes. WE CAN NOT/WILL NOT, (we all have back issues) be able to help you move any large or heavy items ,if you don't have your own mover please don't buy an item that needs to be moved. You MUST bring your own help.

H&K Estate Sales
Description & Details
The Family that owns this house and this estate sale started living in Kansas for the first part of their 6 decades together prior to coming to Colorado and this home for the last half of their lives and their retirement.
The man of the home worked his way from being an installer at Montgomery Wards in window fashions to the manager and then to owning his own company. He was a respected designer in the genre for many years all throughout the United States. A Shiner, and Freemason, he and his wife were devoted to their family, faith and proud to give back to their community, enjoying volunteering and making others happy. The woman of the house was a crafter, worked in the insurance business and took care of 3 men!
They loved fishing, panning for gold, riding motorcycles with their sons and passing along the passion for amateur radios. He used his talent for the Civil Air Patrol, Moon Light Classic, and Spotter for NOA, keeping everyone safe.
As you walk through their home you'll be greeted with a big and warm welcome and you'll be able to take home a piece of one of their treasures that they collected along the way and cherished for 62 years together.
