Estate Sale Terms and Conditions
Thank you for joining us at our estate sale! We’re excited to have you and want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review the following terms carefully:

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases, as required by law.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards

All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please inspect all items thoroughly before purchasing.

Packing and Moving
Buyers are responsible for packing and moving their own purchases.
We do not provide assistance with loading or transporting items, regardless of size.

Location Details
The estate sale location will be shared morning of sale at 6am.

Liability Waiver
By attending the estate sale, you agree to release the hosts from any liability for accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur on the premises.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of any children or guests they bring.

Responsibility for Damaged Items
Guests will be held responsible for any item they damage or break during the sale. Please handle all items with care.
