Thank you for attending a ClearPath Estate Sale. We want everyone to enjoy a safe, organized, and pleasant shopping experience. By entering the property or purchasing an item, you agree to the following terms:

* All merchandise is sold as-is and where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
* All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks will be accepted. Please inspect and test items carefully before purchasing.
* We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. No personal checks. Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases unless the buyer presents valid tax-exemption or resale documentation before checkout.
* Prices are determined by ClearPath Estate Sales. Discounts, if offered, will be announced during the sale. Please do not remove, alter, or switch price tags.
* We generally do not disclose prices before the sale or sell advertised merchandise in advance unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
* Entry may be limited to provide a safe and comfortable shopping environment. ClearPath may use an entry list, numbered tickets, or another entry system. Holding a place in line does not guarantee the availability of any item.
* Buyers are responsible for keeping track of their selected merchandise. Placing an item in a holding area does not constitute a completed purchase. An item is not sold until payment has been received.
* Please do not enter areas marked Private, Staff Only, Not for Sale, or otherwise closed to the public.
* Children must remain with and be supervised by an adult at all times. Pets are not permitted inside unless they are trained service animals.
* Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses may be restricted. Please bring reusable shopping bags and packing materials when possible.
* Buyers are solely responsible for removing and loading their purchases. ClearPath employees cannot lift, move, disassemble, or load furniture or other heavy items.
* Please bring sufficient help, tools, packing materials, and an appropriately sized vehicle. Purchased items must be removed by the stated deadline unless ClearPath approves other arrangements in writing.
* ClearPath Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for damage to vehicles or purchased merchandise during removal, handling, transportation, or loading.
* Buyers must take reasonable care when removing merchandise and are responsible for damage they cause to the home, grounds, furnishings, or other property.
* Please use designated parking areas and follow all posted signs. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, sidewalks, roadways, or neighboring properties.
* Enter the property carefully and remain alert to stairs, steps, uneven surfaces, low ceilings, rugs, furniture, and other ordinary household conditions. Please notify a staff member promptly if you notice a potentially unsafe condition.
* Theft, tag switching, concealment of merchandise, damaging property, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. ClearPath reserves the right to refuse entry or service and to require any disruptive individual to leave.
* ClearPath Estate Sales may correct pricing errors, remove an item from the sale, or decline a transaction when ownership, pricing, safety, or legal concerns arise.
Descriptions, photographs, measurements, dates, materials, maker identifications, and other information are provided as a convenience and represent our good-faith assessment. Buyers should independently verify any detail that is important to their purchasing decision.
* Items advertised online may be withdrawn, sold, relocated, or unavailable before a buyer arrives. We cannot guarantee that any advertised item will remain available.
Any announcements made by ClearPath staff during the sale take precedence over previously published information.
