WE DO NOT GIVE OR ACCEPT REFUNDS, EXCHANGES. OR RETURNS.
IT IS BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY, to look over their merchandise carefully, BEFORE purchasing.
Englewood sales tax on all purchases!
No trespassing before day of sale, or any time thereafter.
No lining up till 7am, morning of sale.
Do not go into “keep out” areas, or areas marked “Private “
No large purses. Leave those in your car please.
Do not block driveways.
Tresspassers and Shop lifters will be prosecuted.
Changing price tags is considered shop lifting.
Jewelry and valuables removed nightly.
Bring a box to save your space and to be used in the house, for items you wish to purchase.
We do not provide bags/boxes/paper wrap. Please come prepared!
We or Our Clients are Not responsible for injuries or mishaps.
Bring your own help for moving heavy items!!
We can sometimes help you find a moving company, but we will NOT be lifting any furniture or items over 10 pounds.
Due to increased insurance standards and fees, we cannot make any exceptions to this.
We appreciate all of our customers and have thoroughly enjoyed seeing your faces regularly.
