4. You must move your own items and will be responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds.
5. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
6. No strollers, animals, food or drink, or smoking permitted inside or outside the home.
7. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons inside the home.
8. There is no parking in the Spring Lake Community. You must park on Cheyenne Mountain Blvd and walk to the house.
