1. Cash or credit card.
2. Bring your own bags, boxes and packing material. We do not provide any.
3. There will not be a sign-up sheet.  Please mark your spot and be in line 10 minutes before doors open.  Be respectful of the line and the markers. 
4. You must move your own items and will be responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds.
5. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
6. No strollers, animals, food or drink, or smoking permitted inside or outside the home.
7. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons inside the home.
8. There is no parking up the driveway near the house. Only space for loading large purchases. You will have to park below the house and walk up the driveway.
