2. We Do collect Sales Tax-be prepared to provide documentation if you are tax exempt,
3. All sales are final-there are no refunds or exchanges,
4. Sold items must be removed by the end of the advertised dates of the estate sale. If not removed, the items revert back to the seller with no refund,
5. Persons attending the estate sale assume all risks of damage, injury, or loss to their person and or property and release seller/seller's agent from liability thereof,
6. Security is on site and we do prosecute shoplifters,
7. Disrespectful/disruptive customers will be asked to leave,
8. We Do provide delivery of larger items for an additional fee,
9. Loading/disassembling & hauling of purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer if not using delivery service,

Plan to join us for this sale that celebrates Elvis, James Dean and a bit of Americana with a little cottage chic thrown in! There is a nod to Elvis throughout the home (an Elvis lunch box?), and a fully stocked library of WWars, Civil War & Presidential memoirs and commemorative magazines. Get game ready with ALABAMA fandom items. There's also a nice selection of books celebrating the West, Country life, lots of cookbooks and some Colorado Springs ephemera. The twin bedroom set is perfect for a small space and the antique mirrored dresser would look great in a dressing room or even a foyer. The patio items are Summer ready (hand & yard tools included :-). We love the miniature collections of Disney, Elvis and Pirates of Caribbean with COAs. Items reminiscent of country kitchens, there's a quaint collection of roosters. Small power & hand tools are available in the garage and there is a great selection of everyday linens (many new in package), a packed kitchen, and some furniture. The refrigerator (Kelvinator), chest freezer and washer (Hotpoint) and dryer (Maytag) are available pre-sale.
