By registering to bid with Aspen & Oak, bidders acknowledge and agree to these auction terms and any applicable LiveAuctioneers terms.
All property is sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties except where expressly stated in writing. Aspen & Oak makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, measurements, maker information, and condition reports. Age, attribution, origin, materials, and other descriptive information are provided based on available information and should not be considered a guarantee unless expressly stated.
Condition is described to the best of our ability; however, condition reports are not exhaustive. Vintage, antique, estate, and previously owned items may exhibit age-appropriate wear, including scratches, losses, repairs, fading, patina, or other imperfections. Photographs form an important part of each item's description. Prospective bidders are encouraged to review all photographs and request additional information before bidding.
All bids are binding. The highest accepted bidder becomes the purchaser upon the close of the lot, subject to any applicable reserve or auction terms.
A 20% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price. Applicable taxes and shipping or freight charges are additional.
Payment is due within 72 hours of invoicing. Items will not be released until payment has been received in full.
Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup or shipping within the timeframe communicated by Aspen & Oak. Free local pickup is available by appointment. Buyers of furniture, oversized, fragile, or specialty items should confirm shipping options prior to bidding.
Aspen & Oak reserves the right to withdraw a lot prior to sale, reject or cancel a bid where permitted, correct catalog errors, or resolve bidding disputes in accordance with applicable auction and LiveAuctioneers policies.
By placing a bid, the bidder confirms that they have reviewed the lot information and agree to these terms.
