2. We Do collect Sales Tax-be prepared to provide documentation if you are tax exempt,
3. All sales are final-there are no refunds or exchanges,
4. Sold items must be removed by the end of the advertised dates of the estate sale. If not removed, the items revert back to the seller with no refund,
5. Persons attending the estate sale assume all risks of damage, injury, or loss to their person and or property and release seller/seller's agent from liability thereof,
6. Security is on site and we do prosecute shoplifters,
7. Disrespectful/disruptive customers will be asked to leave,
8. We Do provide delivery of larger items for an additional fee,
9. Loading/disassembling & hauling of purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer if not using delivery service,
10. All items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" at time of sale-know what you are buying before you buy,
11. Price tag removal/switch will not be tolerated,

We Do Estate Sales invites you to our next exceptional estate sale in Cimarron Hills! This sale features a wonderful blend of old, new, antiques, Art Deco, mid-century & collectibles.

Featured Highlights:

Mid-Century & Vintage Furniture: An impressive MCM Drexel china cabinet/hutch, a stately double pedestal solid wood roll-top desk, a large hardwood display case, "diner" type kitchen table in red & white, and charming small side tables.
Electronics & Collectibles: A stunning circa 1938 Zenith Art Deco console radio cabinet, a Panasonic stereo system in its original cabinet, old Polaroid cameras, 2x rotary phones and vintage toys. There is a small collection of Boyscout items. Hurricane lamps can be found throughout the house and we have made room for the four sets of China.
Garage & Workshop: The garage is packed with small tools, a nice selection of reloading equipment and supplies, plus miscellaneous car parts, small engines, and scrap metals for the ultimate treasure hunters.
Apparel & Hobbies: Vintage leather chaps, a circa 1970 wedding dress, an abundance of computer monitors, dolls (Barbies new in box) and doll clothes, militaria, and a large selection of vintage hardback and softcover books. A nice selection of fabric and sewing items have been discovered too.
Jewelery: Small selection of necklaces, bracelets, & rings. Glass, designer & nice sets.

Shoppers will also discover a unique half-barrel wall sign and delicate frosted glass cordials accented with detailed cameos. There is some militaria (flight log books) and check out the older model plane. There are framed art pieces throughout the home as well.
