5. Persons attending the estate sale assume all risks of damage, injury, or loss to their person and or property and release seller/seller's agent from liability thereof,
6. Security is on site and we do prosecute shoplifters,
7. Disrespectful/disruptive customers will be asked to leave,
8. We Do provide delivery of larger items for an additional fee,
9. Loading/disassembling & hauling of purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer if not using delivery service,
10. All items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" at time of sale-know what you are buying before you buy,

Iconic Papa Jo's Bar & Eatery ~ Gone but never forgotten (it's a WhataBurger now!)! We are honored to host this in home estate sale for the owner of the iconic Papa Jo's. You'll find memorabilia and nostalgic pieces from a life well lived. Join us as we celebrate this past mainstay of the "old Colorado Springs". Check out the ca. 1912 T. Roosevelt along with the old Indianapolis 500 car race framed prints. The home furnishings are gorgeous and in beautiful condition. We love the lift recliner in bright red and the antique settee with matching chair. The garage is packed with sturdy cabinets and an upright Kenmore Elite freezer (available pre-sale). The kitchen is adequately packed with small appliances, everyday cooking items, glass & barware. There are tons of linens and women's clothes (sz. 14-16). The German collectibles include beer steins, original art and cookbooks galore! And as you would expect, all shapes and sizes of beer signs......lighted, non-lighted, mirrored, & clocks, a feast for the eyes. A large amount of your favorite libation swag; tees, drink cozies, pins, backpacks, a truly outstanding selection! There are several new in box collectible dolls; Barbie & Ken, Cinderella, Aladdin, Dolls from around the world & Paramount Pictures (Aubrey Hepburn). Welcome Summer with the cutest elves, angels and birdhouses for your yard. The Char-Broil grill is up for grabs too. This is a 4-day sale and we start on Thursday for the first full weekend of June. We can't wait to see you!
NOTE! There is an HOA and parking around the sale house is at a premium with very little parking near the home. Plan on a walk to the sale with the driveway as the loading & unloading zone only. You will be towed if you park in "tow away" zones.
