We will have a day of pickup as well as shipping. If you are the winning bidder and need shipping you MUST contact us to let us know. If we don't hear from you we will assume you are coming to pick up the item on pick up day. If we do not hear from you by the following day after auction pick up your items will be forfeited as we cannot hold items!

Shipping is only an option when local pickup is not. If you are within 100 miles of pick up address you are local.

Any items needing shipping that value over $50 automatically have insurance added to the shipping price.

If you purchase furniture or bigger items and don't pick your items up you may be charged a third party removal fee.

If you purchase any bundles of tools or any bigger tools YOU are repsonbile for bringing your own way to remove it! This means for bundles of tools you will need your own boxes/bags! For bigger tools, toolboxes and such you will need your own help to remove the items!
