Large bags will not be allowed. All items will be held for purchase on a hold table near check out. If you hold an item you are agreeing to purchase. We recommend bringing your own bags/boxes for purchases. Some bags and boxes will be available.

Please check or test items before purchase. Everything is sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS.

Prices are not negotiable on the first day of the sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale after the first day.

Large items must be removed by agreed upon time, no later than an hour prior to closing on the last day.

Doors open at published time, not before. You are allowed to line up prior to start time, please be respectful of neighboring properties.

If you break or damage an item you are responsible for the cost of the item.

Please do not bring food or drinks into the house, or leave trash outside.
