All merchandise is sold "as is". All Sales are Final.
Day of sale: Doors open at 10 am. We will stagger the number of people who can enter at a time as staff sees fit.
Most items will be tagged, or SKU'd. If there is no scan code, or price, start a pile and the estate host will give you a price or bundle total on a ticket. Take that ticket to the cashier along with any SKU coded items you have selected. We hope the SKU system will help speed up the checkout process for everyone.
Please bring your own boxes and packing material.
Large bags must be left outside.
Please make your own arrangements for moving your purchases, and loading large items.
We are not responsible for accidents while moving, or any other reason while at the sale.
