This is an in-person sale only and we do not offer pre-sales, nor do we give out prices before the sale starts.

We reserve the right to limit the amount of people in a home.

No large purses - leave those in your car please.
Do not block driveways.
Tresspassers and shoplifters will be prosecuted.
Changing price tags is considered shoplifting.
Jewelry and valuables removed nightly.
Bring a box to save your space.
We or our clients are NOT responsible for injuries or mishaps.
We accept cash, credit card, or Venmo.
Bring your own help for moving heavy items.
Bring your own boxes and bubble wrap or tissue paper to wrap your fragile purchases.
Tax is charged. Dealers please have your Colorado tax exempt certificates available.
All sales are “as is”… no returns or exchanges. Once you purchase an item(s) it must picked up a minimum of 1 hour prior to closing on the last day of the sale.
