Do not go into keep out areas.
No large purses - leave those in your car please.
Do not block driveways.
Tresspassers and shoplifters will be prosecuted.
Changing price tags is considered shoplifting.
Jewelry and valuables removed nightly.
Bring a box to save your space.
We or our clients are NOT responsible for injuries or mishaps.
We accept cash, credit card, or Venmo.
Bring your own help for moving heavy items.
Bring your own boxes and bubble wrap or tissue paper to wrap your fragile purchases.
Tax is charged. Dealers please have your Colorado tax exempt certificates available.

The couple living in this house have moved to Florida and have left a great deal of high quality furniture (that is in great condition) behind. There is also lots of clothes, tools, and other miscellaneous items. I still have a lot more to unpack and photograph so please check back, I'll be adding more and more photos each day!
