    Format & Condition: This is an Online Auction. Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds. We recommend in-person inspection. No items may be removed until paid in full.
    Location & Time: Pickup is at the Eaton Auction Center (24 Oak Avenue, Eaton, CO 80615) on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
    Appointments: You will receive a link with your invoice email to schedule your specific pickup time. Please book your slot immediately upon receipt.
    Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check (with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee), MasterCard, and Visa.
    Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
    Taxes: Sales tax and Colorado excise tax apply to all purchases.
    Late Penalties: Items not picked up during this designated time (or arranged for shipping) will incur a $25.00 per invoice administrative fee plus a $1.00 per lot/per day storage charge.
