* Failure to Pickup Policy: Items not picked up or arranged for shipping during the load-out period will incur a $25.00 fee per invoice plus $1.00 per lot/day storage. On the sixth day, storage increases to $10.00 per lot/day. Once accrued fees equal or exceed the amount paid for the items, ownership forfeits to RMEB Inc., and the property will be disposed of or resold to recover costs with no refunds.
