FOR ALTERNATE PICKUP TIMES: We are always happy to arrange alternate pickup times, but please reach out BEFORE pick up day or as soon as you are aware you cannot make it in cases of personal emergency.

Bring help to load large and heavy items. All items are AS IS/WHERE IS. They will not be disassembled by Excess beforehand. Please bring tools and help necessary for your item.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE PRIOR TO THE PICKUP DATE.

We are happy to ship most small items, BUT ONLY WITH EXPRESS PERMISSION, especially if the item is fragile or made of glass. Please reach out to us to confirm whether or not an item is eligible for shipping prior to placing a bid. Shipping costs will constitute the actual cost of USPS Ground Advantage shipping in addition to a 20$ shipping and handling fee. Please reach out for shipping quotes or clarification on whether the item you are interested in can be shipped. We will combine shipping whenever feasible.
