*Many Items can ship, please be aware of larger and heavier items that will require UPS or specialty shipping.
*No appointment needed for pick up, just come with appropriate boxes, packing material help if needed to load.
*Winning invoices will be provided with address
*All items must be picked up on days and times noted. If you are unable to pick up your item, or send a friend or representative with your invoice, items will be forfeited with no refund.
*Extra Special Exceptions: Prior arrangements may be made for pick up of extra large lots or especially large items. Please consult with Auction Manager for the ONE HOUR WINDOW which will be arranged individually.
*We DO accept phone calls so please contact Auction Manager in advance of the sale day if you have any questions or concerns.
*All items are sold “Where is - As is” and will be the responsibility of the winner to review items prior to bid and pick up and load items from location.
* No refunds or exchanges on items won through the auction. Photos will give best representation of item and often the size is shown there with rulers. Please examine your items carefully before bidding as most items are used.
