By registering to bid or placing a bid in this auction, the bidder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. All Sales Are Final
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults and imperfections. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, chargebacks, or post-sale price adjustments will be accepted except where required by applicable law or where Anne & Anna Estate Services determines that a material error has occurred.

Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition information, and other available lot information before bidding. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that an item is free from wear, damage, restoration, defects, losses, repairs, or other condition issues.

2. Condition & Descriptions
Descriptions, dates, attributions, makers, materials, origins, measurements, and condition statements are provided to the best of our knowledge and are intended as opinions rather than guarantees. Antique, vintage, archaeological, dug, recovered, and estate items should be expected to show age-related wear and imperfections.

Photographs form an important part of each lot description. Bidders should examine all available images prior to bidding.

3. Starting Bids & Reserves
There are no hidden reserves. The published starting bid for each lot represents the minimum amount at which the consignor has authorized the item to sell and therefore serves as the reserve price.

If the starting bid is met, the item may sell to the highest bidder. Anne & Anna Estate Services reserves the right to withdraw or correct a lot before or during the auction in the event of a cataloging error, ownership issue, technical problem, or other unforeseen circumstance.

4. Binding Bids
All bids are binding. Please bid carefully. Once a bid has been placed, the bidder is responsible for that bid in accordance with LiveAuctioneers rules and these Terms & Conditions.

The highest acknowledged bidder at the close of bidding will be considered the purchaser of the lot.

5. Buyer?sPremium & Taxes
A buyer?s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot at the rate displayed by LiveAuctioneers for this auction.

Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law and/or by LiveAuctioneers based upon the transaction and shipping destination.
