PLEASE READ ALL TERMS! The estate sale company is Bob Johnson Auction & Realty, Inc. (“BJA”). We hope you enjoy the estate sale and make several great purchases.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
By making a purchase, you (“Buyer”) agree to be bound by all the following terms & conditions and any other announced terms and conditions.
1. Everything Sold AS-IS WHERE-IS. You (“Buyer”), agree that all merchandise is sold "AS-IS WHERE-IS" with no warranties express or implied and ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS and NO CHARGE BACKS. It is the Buyer's full responsibility to determine the genuineness, condition, age, and value of any item. BJA believes all electronic items are in working condition; however, it is solely the Buyer’s responsibility to verify functionality prior to purchase. Buyer is the sole judge of an item’s value. By making a purchase, Buyer agrees that he/she has inspected the item(s) to his or her total satisfaction.
2. Payment. BJA will accept cash, Venmo or credit card. Please note a 4% convenience fee applies to credit card payments and no checks will be accepted. Under state law, Colorado and Greeley sales tax will be collected on the total amount of the purchase in the amount of 7.01% unless Buyer provides a copy of a valid resale tax license PRIOR to the purchase.
3. No Refunds, No Returns, No Chargebacks. Buyer agrees that there are no refunds, and that he or she may not return any item purchased for any reason. Buyer agrees NOT to seek a charge back.
4. Time for Removal of Items. All merchandise shall be removed from the premises by Buyer at her/his own risk and expense by 4:00 PM on September 14th. BJA has no responsibility for items left after 4:00 PM on September 14th. If special concessions are needed, arrangements must be made before Buyer makes the purchase.
5. Furniture and Heavy Items. Please bring help and any tools necessary to load. We do not plan to help with the loading of any furniture or heavy items.
6. Indemnification. Buyer and his or her agents and employees specifically release and indemnify Bob Johnson Auction and Realty, Inc., bobjohnsonauctionandappraisal.com, and Robert L. Johnson and all individuals representing BJA from any liability and causes of action associated with the estate sale and estate sale loadout. Bob Johnson Auction & Realty, Inc. is agent for Seller.
