All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, expressed or implied. Descriptions, measurements, and photographs are provided as a courtesy and are based on visual inspection only. Condition reports are subjective; bidders are encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to condition, authenticity, completeness, or function.

Payment is required in full within 24 hours of auction close. LiveAuciotneers will automatically charge the card on file after 72 hours. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards unless otherwise stated. Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation of the sale, forfeiture of bidding privileges, and/or resale of the item at the bidder's expense.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not included in the hammer price or buyer's premium. Items will be shipped after payment clears. Local pickup may be available by appointment where noted. Arrangements for pick ups must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice or items may be forfeited and resold.

We are not responsible for loss or damage once items are in the care of the shipping carrier. No adjustments will be made for shipping delays or carrier-related issues.
