On the days of sale, doors open promptly at the time listed in the ad. Please, "NO EARLY BIRDS". Also, we do not provide manpower to move large items. Therefore, if you do purchase a large item at our estate sale, you are responsible for moving it as well. Note, as you remove your purchased items you are also liable for any inherent damages to the home or property you are removing it from as well. PLEASE TAKE NOTE.....THANK YOU.

Credit /Debit Card is accepted, but we do not accept Cash or Checks. Occasionally, we may encounter areas throughout Denver where digital cellular services are hampered because of coverage and terrain. Therefore, do not rely solely on cellular services to enable your purchase transaction. Please bring help to load large items, we are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

Sales tax will be added to all sales. If you are tax exempt please bring a copy of your license to leave with us at the time of purchase as this assists our documentation and compliance after each sale. Shoplifters will be prosecuted and banned from future sales. Changing or removing price stickers will be considered Shoplifting. All valuables are removed on a nightly basis. Entrance will be through the front door, first in line, first in the door. All sales are final, sold AS IS, WHERE IS without warranty, expressed or implied. No promise of condition is made by the seller or by us as an agent of the seller.

Every effort is made to represent the sale accurately in the photos. However, occasionally family members remove items prior to the sale, so no guarantee of availability of advertised or photographed items. We will try to update photos and item availability as often as possible.

All merchandise must be removed by 3pm on the last day of the sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please be courteous of neighbors and other shoppers. We make every effort to create a pleasurable shopping experience. Do not block driveways and do keep your children under control at all times.
