Local pickup only for larger items - SHIPPING on smaller items that have been designated as Shipping Available in the item listing. Shipping cost is the price of postage for USPS or UPS plus a $5 or $15 handling fee. We will consolidate as many items into one box as possible. Breakable items (Glassware, etc.) may require their own box to ensure protection.
Local pick up for your items will take place between the hours of 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 25th in Firestone , Colorado - address shall be sent via email to the winning bidders. Pick up time is fixed. No late pick up times are available. Do not bid if you are unable to make the pick up time and date. Early pick up is available for a small set of scheduled pick up times based upon scheduling with NoCo Estate Sales. All items that are electric powered have been tested as powering on unless otherwise noted in the item description. Abandoned furniture items not picked up shall be charged a $25-$75 fee per item depending on size. We are required to remove any purchased items from the sale. This fee will be assessed and charged to your credit card on file if you abandon and do not pick up the furniture items you have purchased.

Part 2 of this sale shall also have the same pick up date.
Shipping items must be listed as SHIPPING AVAILABLE. Do not bid on items you intend to have shipped that are not listed as such. No refunds will be given on an item that has been requested for shipping but is not listed as Shipping Available. If an item is not listed for shipping and you wish to request shipping please contact us to discuss. Any and all damage done in shipping is covered up to $100 insurance through either UPS or USPS and claim is to be made through them. If an order is worth more than $100 additional insurance shall be purchased to cover the value of the order. NoCo Estate Sales is not liable for damages done through shipping.
