You may hold a spot with your bag the morning of the sale. Vogel Estate Sales is not responsible for monitoring your bag or place in line.
Vogel Estate Sales reserves the right to limit the number of people in the house at any time.
Attendees who do not conduct themselves appropriately may be banned from future sales.
There are no bathrooms available for public use.
The homeowner and Vogel Estate Sales are not responsible for accidents on estate sale premises.
Sales tax will be charged. Dealers must have your Tax-exempt number available.
After hours: Valuables are removed from the site. The home is not vacant. Security cameras are in use.
All sales are FINAL- no returns or refunds. Items are sold as is, with NO guarantees or warranties.
We do not offer pre-sales, give out prices or sale details over the phone.
No food or drinks are allowed in home.
No large animals allowed in homes except registered service animals.
